According to an embodiment of the present invention, a pore water extraction apparatus comprises: a plate-shaped base plate (20) which has both sides; and a membrane filter (30) which extracts pore water from a deposit where the pore water extraction apparatus is installed. A plurality of opening parts are formed on one surface of the base plate (20). The membrane filter (30) is coupled to one surface where the opening parts are formed.
