The present invention relates to a kitchen exhaust system which can wash upper and lower surfaces of grease filters bidirectionally with a structure of being buried in a ceiling. A central main body (11) with a linear pipe shape having a D-shaped cross section forms air suction slits on V-shaped inclined surfaces of both sides in a longitudinal direction respectively, a plurality of grease filters are arranged to be tilted in two V-shaped rows to be parallel with the V-shaped inclined surfaces of both sides of the central main body (11), a plurality of upper nozzles (14) and lower nozzles (16) are arranged on upper and lower sides of the grease filters in two rows, and a plurality of transparent windows (17) are arranged to be tilted in two V-shaped rows in a type of being extended from lower edges of the suction slits on the both sides of the central main body (11), thereby enabling the upper and the lower surfaces of the grease filters to be completely washed and blocking inflow of the washing water, injected on the lower surfaces of the grease filters, to the kitchen.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
