The present invention relates to sensor nodes, a server, a wireless sensor network system comprising the sensor nodes and the server, and a method for managing the wireless sensor network system, in which activated modes of sensor nodes are controlled by comparing residual energy data of a sensor node with average residual energy data of all sensor nodes, and in which energy efficiency of the sensor nodes is improved by controlling duplicated sensing data at a level of the sensor nodes. According to an embodiment of the present invention, a wireless sensor network system comprises: sensor nodes which generate sensing data and residual energy data, and transmit the sensing data and the residual energy data to a sink node; a sink node which transmits the sensing data and the residual energy data, received from the sensor nodes, to a server; and the server which receives the sensing data and residual energy data of the sensor nodes from the sink node, determines operation modes of the sensor nodes by using the received residual energy data of the sensor nodes, and generates control messages regarding the determined operation modes.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
