The present invention relates to an energy-saving apparatus for treating adulterations without a transfer pump. The energy-saving apparatus for treating adulterations without a transfer pump according to the present invention comprises: a housing which has a first treatment tank and a second treatment tank separated by a partition; a first treatment means which is located in the first treatment tank, and allows large adulterations and adulterations including sand and soil to be separated while influent wastewater is passing therethrough, wherein the adulterations including sand and soil are moved downward via gaps of a barrier plate of a fine screen and dropped onto a water surface in the first treatment tank, and the large adulterations are separated and discharged to the outside; a second treatment means which allows adulterations, having a specific gravity higher than that of water among the adulterations including sand and soil separated and dropped by the first treatment means, to be moved downward from a plate-shaped screen and sink to a bottom of the first treatment tank, and allow fibrous fine adulterations, having a specific gravity lower than that of water among the adulterations including sand and soil, to be moved to the second treatment tank; a sand separator which has a transfer screw shaft whose lower portion is located in a bottom portion of the first treatment tank and whose upper portion extends above the water surface in the first treatment tank, and thus discharges adulterations, including sand and located on the bottom of the first treatment tank, from the first treatment tank; and a drum-type fine screen which is a drum-type screen having a water discharge hole, is located in the second treatment tank, and separates fine adulterations included in wastewater entering from the first treatment tank and having a specific gravity lower than that of water. According to the present invention, a pump and a centrifugal separator are not required in an adulteration treatment process; maintenance and management costs are inexpensive; wastewater treatment costs are considerably reduced; and efficiency is desirable.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2016
