The present invention relates to a no-insulation superconducting coil and a manufacturing apparatus thereof. The coil includes a bobbin, a superconducting wire where adjacent wiring turns wind the bobbin, a conductive impregnated layer arranged between the adjacent wiring turns of the supper conducting wire. A conductive impregnated layer has resistance higher than the resistance of the superconducting wire, and can electrically connect the adjacent wiring turns of the superconducting wire when a hot spot is generated by the local defect of the superconducting wire. So, the mechanical safety of the no-insulation superconducting coil can be improved.
