Second opening on the second side wall of the housing is opposite the first opening. Second channel passes through the housing and connects the first and second holes along the channel axis. Dimensions of the second channel ensure the passage of the implant through it. Dimensions of the first unevenness ensure the dispersion of the concentration of mechanical stresses by forces that are transmitted by the implant placed in the second channel.
