Possibility of occurrence of not only local accidents but critical system defects, faults and accidents. Notable variations of operating conditions of GDIC components during operation. Practically equal significance of technical and functional conditions of said components for safety measures. Possible spasmodic changes in said conditions of GDC and its components, both spontaneous and special (for example, after repairs, etc.).;EFFECT: higher safety.;7 cl, 5 dwg
