FIELD: radio engineering and communications.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to command control radio circuits for command-measuring system (CMS). Transmission of various types of information is carried out in two independent flows, which are formed using quadrature phase modulation method (CFM). Transmitting device on-board equipment includes N-digit pseudorandom sequence generator, clock generator onboard receiver, a vertical deflection, first adder, a carrier frequency generator, phase manipulator π/2, an antenna, at that, additionally includes phase manipulator π, M-bit pseudorandom sequence generator, second and third modulo two adders.;EFFECT: technical result consists in increase of volume of transmitted information command radio CMS coupled in a radio link “Board-to-ground” (return channel) of two independent flows transmission of information of various types.;2 cl, 6 dwg, 1 tbl
