FIELD: lighting.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to systems for illuminating ice conditions and preventing effect of ice formation on sea objects for economic activities. System includes means of monitoring of hydrometeorological environment in region of location sea objects of economic activities, means of determining characteristics of ice formations, protection against ice formations, display means of ice formations, a system for monitoring state of caisson, command-and-control system connected with monitoring of hydrometeorological environment, means for determining characteristics of ice formations and means of protection against ice formations. Means for protection from effects of ice formations are capable of withstanding a load comparable to that of critical load that occurs during impact of ice massif. System for controlling caisson state includes a strain gauge to measure ice loads on caisson, an inclinometer for measuring inclinations caisson, a ground dynamometer for measuring load on ground, a pressure transducer (piezometer) to measure and evaluate possible excessive pressure in soil on dynamic horizontal loads. Means for protection from effects of ice formations is in form of underwater and surface modules. Underwater modules are equipped with cooling units. Surface modules are composed of sliding structures and unmanned aerial vehicles equipped with devices for automatic dispensing of chemical reagents, applied on ice formation in form of calcium carbide.;EFFECT: technical result is improving reliability of protection of marine objects of economic activity during periods of ice formation, drift and ridging of ice fields, located under both shallow and deep seas.;3 cl
