FIELD: chemistry.;SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of solid catalysts for decomposition of highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide, which can be used in aerospace engineering, spacecraft orientation systems, mid-flight liquid jet engines to take a heavier payload to orbit and for development of life support systems for interplanetary manned craft. Disclosed is a solid catalyst for decomposition of highly concentrated hydrogen peroxide, which is a mixture consisting of grains of porous support produced by sintering a charge, consisting of carbonyl iron powder, sodium nitrate and soda ash, grinding obtained sinter and its subsequent oxidation with air oxygen at 490-525 °C for 5.5-6 hours, and grains of same porous support with active substances deposited thereon, wherein active substances used are potassium permanganate and soda ash in form of an aqueous solution, wherein deposition is carried out at temperature of 270-300 °C for 7-10 hours, and before use, obtained catalyst is stabilised with hydrogen peroxide with concentration of 75 % for 450 s at pressure 10 atm.;EFFECT: technical result is development of cheap highly efficient solid catalyst for decomposition of highly concentrated reusable hydrogen peroxide without use of precious metals with long-term stable characteristics and long service life.;1 cl, 5 dwg, 3 ex
