This clamping member (1) comprises six convex lobes and six concave lobes alternately distributed around a central axis (X1) so that each concave lobe connects two consecutive convex lobes around the central axis (X1). Either the convex lobes comprise: a) at least three cylindrical convex lobes (2) and b) at least two separate conical convex lobes; or the concave lobes comprise: c) three cylindrical concave lobes (4) and d) at least two conical concave lobes (4.1) separated. This screw includes six external lobes and six internal lobes alternately. Each inner lobe connects two respective outer lobes. Either the outer lobes comprise: a) at least three cylindrical outer lobes and b) at least two separate conical outer lobes; or the inner lobes comprise: c) three cylindrical inner lobes and d) at least two separate conical inner lobes.
