PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a specification device for specifying a pupil region accurately.SOLUTION: A specification device includes: detection means for detecting a region including an eye of a person in an image indicated by image data; determination means for determining a value of a designated component from information indicating a color of a pixel for each pixel in the region; comparison means for comparing the value determined by the determination means with a threshold for each pixel in the region; and specification means for specifying a pupil region of the eye of the person from the result of the comparison by the comparison means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
