PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To create a balloon art by a simple method.;SOLUTION: A balloon art creation net includes: an annular part 102 for passing an air injection port 112 of a balloon; and at least three regulation yarns 104 fixed to the annular part 102 at substantially same intervals. Tip ends of the respective regulation yarns 104 are connected to form a storage part for storing a baloon body 110 beneath the annular part 102. In a state where the balloon body 110 is stored in the storage part of the balloon art creation net 100 and the air injection port 112 of the balloon is exposed from the annular part 102, the balloon is filled with air, the balloon body 110 inflated by the injection of the air comes into contact with the regulation yarns 104 so as to be regulated thereby, and, when the air is further injected, the balloon body 110 is further swelled between the regulation yarns to create a balloon art.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
