PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension culture apparatus that can solve the problem of the disturbed flow of a culture solution in a culture vessel due to rapidly expanded flow of the culture solution in the vicinity of an inflow port of the apparatus, the problem causing plural cells to be hardly kept at their appropriate positions in the vertical direction of the apparatus under the control of the flow rate and causing the cells to carelessly adhere to each other at a place where the flow is at a low speed.;SOLUTION: According to the present invention, there is provided a suspension culture apparatus for allowing a culture object to be floated by a circulation flow of a culture solution. The apparatus comprises a culture vessel for accommodating a culture solution and a culture target, an inflow port through which the culture solution flows into the culture vessel, an outflow port from which the culture solution flows out from the culture vessel, and a straightening plate for homogenizing the circulation flow of the culture solution introduced from the inflow port, the straightening plate being arranged between the inflow port and the outflow port.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
