PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reservation reallocation device with which, when a reservation is cancelled, it is possible to satisfactorily reallocate the reservation to a user waiting for cancellation.;SOLUTION: The reservation reallocation device comprises: an event information database 31a; a cancellation waiting user information database 31c; a reservation related information acceptance unit 32 for acquiring cancellation information that includes an event ID; a notification user selection unit 34 for referring to the cancellation waiting user information database 31c using an event ID included in cancellation information and thereby reading out a user ID that corresponds to the event ID and user position information, as well as extracting a user ID within a prescribed distance to an event site on the basis of the user position information; and a reservation reallocation unit 35 for reallocating an event reservation to the extracted user ID using contact address information.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
