PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a power generation plan based on a margin.SOLUTION: A power generation plane creation device 200 is configured to: calculate a prediction value of an amount of power demand on the basis of acquired weather information; automatically create a power generation plan on the basis of an amount of power demand having a margin of a prescribed amount added to the calculated prediction value of the amount of power demand; when acquiring an actual value of the amount of power demand corresponding to the calculated prediction value of the amount of power demand, calculate a new margin in accordance with an amount of deviation between the calculated prediction value of the amount of power demand and the acquired actual value of the amount of power demand; and when further calculating a prediction value of an amount of future power demand on the basis of the acquired weather information, automatically create a power generation plan on the basis of an amount of power demand having the calculated new margin added.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
