PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide artificial intelligence necessary for enabling information suited to a value/values to be provided or proposed by analyzing, learning or predicting the value/values continuously varied from one individual to another or one organization/group to which the individual belongs to another.SOLUTION: A natural language process is carried out for a sentence input to an individual or an organization/group to which the individual belongs through morphological analysis, dependency analysis or part-of-speech decomposition, and the result is converted into a value index and a value determination condition which become values or value criteria. Determination is made as to which of values leading to a right and leading to satisfaction, two comparison methods of minimum condition coincidence and maximum condition coincidence and positive/negative flag attachment of values are implemented according to the values, and the results are stored in a value DB. Change prediction or specification of information leading to values is carried out on the basis of the stored value indexes and the value determination conditions.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 28
