CASE EVIDENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND CASE EVIDENCE MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve convenience when using data after registration by allowing different types of data regarding the same case to be associated and registered.;SOLUTION: In a case evidence management system 5, in monitoring object folders 15, 16, 17, document data sd1 of evidence documents, video data md1 of a monitoring camera video, and video data md2 of an interrogation room video are inputted respectively. A folder monitoring system 13 performs syntactic analysis of a file name of each content data inputted in the monitoring object folders 15, 16, 17, and determines whether or not each content data matches format information of the file name respectively. As a result of the syntactic analysis, in the case where it is determined that the file name of the content data matches the format information, a digital asset management system 11 registers the document data sd1, the video data md1 and the video data md2 in DB14z of an external memory device 14 by associating them with the same case number.;SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1;COPYRIGHT: (C)2017,JPO&INPIT
