CASE EVIDENCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM AND CASE EVIDENCE MANAGEMENT METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently urge notification to a police about data which has surpassed data storage limitation regarding a case, and to call attention of the police to suppression of useless increase of data accumulation volume.SOLUTION: In a case evidence management system 5, in DB14z of an external memory device 14, document data sd1 of evidence documents of a case created by the police, video data md1 of a monitoring camera video imaged in a predetermined place in a police station, and video data md2 of an interrogation room video which was imaged at interrogation of a suspect are registered. When storage limitation day of each content data is inputted in an input field which is arranged in an attribute editing screen by an operation of an administrator, a server processing part sets a storage limitation date of each content data. When the storage limitation of the content data expires, on a corresponding search result screen or on a storage limitation expiration list display screen, the characters "Expired" are displayed in red at an item of the storage limitation date of each content data.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
