PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an energy consumption equipment control device, an energy consumption equipment control method and an energy consumption equipment control system capable of differentiating an air conditioner to be started from air conditioners other than the air conditioner to be started when the number of started air conditioners among a plurality of air conditioners within a house is restricted.SOLUTION: A home server 1 includes: a control signal transmitting part 19 which transmits a starting request signal toward each of a plurality of air conditioners within a house H; a response signal receiving part 20; a control air conditioner specifying part 15 which specifies an air conditioner to be started in accordance with a schedule; a calculation part which calculates the whole power consumption within the house H in such a case as to start all of the specified air conditioners; and a judgment part 18 which judges whether a calculated power exceeds the upper limit power. Therein, when the calculated power exceeds the upper limit power, the control signal transmitting part transmits the starting request signal only to a part of the air conditioners at execution time point of air conditioning control and, then, transmits the starting request signal toward remaining air conditioners after the elapse of a predetermined time and a response signal transmission part receives a response signal from the air conditioner which is started by receiving the starting request signal.
