PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To record an emotion amount in real time when a user is moved and share the emotion with other users.SOLUTION: An emotional information providing device 10 records, in an emotional information DB141, emotional information transmitted from a terminal 20, the emotional information including a user ID, peripheral information indicating a date of the emotion of the user of the terminal 20 and a position of the terminal 20 on the date, and the emotion amount of the user. The emotional information providing device 10 then transmits the emotional information of the user of the terminal 20 to the terminal 20 according to a postscript request for the emotional information from the terminal 20. The emotional information providing device 10, upon receiving postscript information for the emotional information from the terminal 20, additionally writes the received postscript information in the emotional information in the emotional information DB141.
