PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a help place which prevents danger and is dependable in a case of human disaster or natural disaster, and a method and a structure capable of effectively preventing a crime on a dark road in the night etc., and illegal dumping of wastes.SOLUTION: A mast is provided with means of notifying neighbors of emergency by letting a siren phone, a red rotary lamp or a street light operate on receiving a signal wave sent from a portable transmitter, so a woman or child walking on the road in the night is safe and illegal dumping of wastes can be prevented. Advancement of IT technologies is remarkable, multiple functions can be actualized at low cost, and a technique of controlling equipment of the street light by sending the signal wave from the portable transmitter is actualized at low cost and spreads. Therefore, the siren phone, red rotary lamp or street light which is previously mounted operates once a disaster/crime prevention system according to the present invention receives the warning signal to notify neighbours of emergency.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
