Color change display system of lyric characters in communication singing by multiple singers

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out display of color changing lyric characters at a suitable timing along with playing of Karaoke music when singing simultaneously at respective Karaoke performance terminals while having performance synchronization in the same Karaoke music in at least two Karaoke performance terminals connected by a data communication line.SOLUTION: A display system with color change in lyric characters includes display control means 54a for controlling color changing display of the lyric characters by synchronizing with playing of Karaoke music and reproduction control means 49 for carrying out reproduction control for the Karaoke music. The reproduction control means 49 for a master machine starts playing of the Karaoke music at a prescribed timing, the reproduction control means 49 for a slave machine places playing of the Karaoke music in a standby state after passage of prescribed time after starting playing of the Karaoke music and restarts playing of the Karaoke music at a prescribed timing.
