PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To support prevention of mental disorders.SOLUTION: A controller 110 receives an index value and a comment relating to a member's mental state input by a member from a member device 111 used by the member. Next, the controller 110 stores the received index value and the received comment in a storage device included in the controller 110 while making the index value and the comment correspond to identification information on the user. The controller 110 receives information input from a supportive personnel device 112 used by a supportive person other than the member by the supportive person and indicating the need to notify a healthcare worker of the member's mental state. Furthermore, the controller 110 transmits the identification information on the member and the index value stored in the storage device while being made to correspond to the identification information on the member to a healthcare personnel device 113 used by the healthcare worker.
