PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transfer PTO control device of an automatic mechanical transmission in which abnormal conditions of control are determined and transition to a control mode of a transfer PTO is enabled in the case of normal conditions, in a transfer PTO vehicle for switching and controlling the power of the automatic mechanical transmission (AMT) to a vehicle traveling mechanism unit or a work mechanism unit.SOLUTION: A transfer PTO control device includes: a T/F PTO6 for switching the power from an engine 2 to a traveling mechanism unit 3 and a work mechanism unit 4 except the traveling through an automatic mechanical transmission 5; an operation instruction unit 10 for operating or stopping the T/F PTO6; a switching control unit for switching the AMT5 to the traveling mechanism unit 3 and the work mechanism unit 4, based on operation instructions of the operation instruction unit 10; and a control device 7 having determination means for determining normal or abnormal conditions of the switching control unit.
