PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of easy accumulation of thiocyanogen decomposing bacterium from natural seawater.SOLUTION: An aqueous solution in which a liquid mixture of natural seawater and fresh water contains thiocyanate ions, ammonium ions, carbonate ions, and phosphate ions, is flowed in a tube, so that thiocyanogen decomposing bacterium existing in the natural seawater are accumulated on an inner wall of the tube.
