Provided is a magnetic sheet suitable for a non-contact charging device. A magnetic sheet for a non-contact power receiving device comprising a laminate of two or more kinds of magnetic thin plates, wherein at least one layer comprises two or more magnetic thin plates of the same kind provided adjacent to each other on the same plane. It has a unit structure part, and the width of the gap part between the magnetic thin plates in the unit structure part is 0 mm or more and 1 mm or less. Moreover, it is preferable that the shape of the unit structure part is any one of a comb-tooth shape, a spiral shape, a wave shape, an oblique comb-tooth shape, and a concentric circle shape.
