A system for locating a stuck pipe may comprise a drilling rig, a tether, and a telemetry module, where the telemetry module may comprise an accelerometer. The system may comprise a centralizing module, where the centralizing module comprises at least three arms, and an inspection device, where the inspection device comprises a memory module, a transmitter and receiver controller, and a sensor array. The sensor array may comprises a receiver and a transmitter. The system may comprise an information handling system and a service device.
