METHOD AND SYSTEM OF COMBINATION OF MECHANICAL AND CHEMICAL TREATMENT OF STRAW IN MANUFACTURING BIOGAS AND BIOFERTILIZERS FROM BIOMASS CONTAINING MAINLY STRAW THROUGH DRY THERMOPHILIC PROCESS

The subject of the invention is a combination of mechanical and chemical treatment of straw in order to degrade or destroy lignin protection of straw hemicellulose. The mechanical processing is limited to grinding straw with sizes between 4 mm and 30 mm. The chemical treatment is limited to irrigating the straw over a period of up to 48 hours with a 0.7 to 1.2% solution of calcium, potassium or sodium hydroxide. The fermentation is carried out at a temperature suitable for the development of thermophilic bacteria in a concrete bioreactor. The biogas produced is divided into biomethane and carbon dioxide, which are compressed into a gas tank groups for transport and sales. Upon completion of the process, the end product from the biofertilizer is subjected to drying and subsequent commercialization.
