Meal substitute incorporating nutrients comprising all calories and nutrients required by regulation, where the substitute is present in the form of a combination of food to be baked of bread or cake type and a food accompaniment of spreadable paste or cream type obtained from two separate powder mixtures to mix with water, the components of the mixture for preparing food to be baked is for obtaining bread or cake after baking for 2.5-6 minutes in a microwave oven, and components of the mixture is for obtaining spreadable paste or cream comprising cooking sensitive micronutrients, is claimed. An independent claim is included for preparing the meal substitute of bread and spread type, where the bread is obtained by: pouring 48 g of powder to make bread in a container; adding 60 ml of water; mixing the dough until it forms a ball, a cake or any other form; placing the prepared form in a microwave oven; and baking for 2.5-6 minutes at 750 W, and the spread is obtained by: pouring 45 ml of cold water in a container; gradually adding 16 g of the second powder mixture while stirring; and mixing to obtain a homogeneous paste.
