Abstract: "Cold Rolled Steel Sheet, Zinc Coated Cold Rolled Electrolytic Cold Rolled Steel Sheet, Hot Dip Zinc Coated Cold Rolled Steel Sheet, Cold Dip Zinc Coated Cold Rolled Steel Sheet hot alloys, and methods of manufacturing them ". it is a cold-rolled steel plate containing by weight 0,0005 to 0,0045% c, 0,80 to 2,50% min, 0,002 to 0,150% Ti and 0, 0005 to 0.01% b, which meets the requirement of formula (1), and also contains iron and unavoidable impurities as waste, where the random intensity ratio (a) in orientation {332} 110 is equal to at 3 or less, and each of the random intensity ratio (b) in orientation {557} 9 16 5 and the random intensity ratio (c) in orientation {111} 112 is equal to 7 or more as measured at a position corresponding to a quarter of the steel sheet thickness and the requirements represented by the formulas {(b) / (a) = 5} and {(b) (c)} are met.
