The present Invention is a structural element for closing bottles with the means to demonstrate a first use at nominal conditions. This Structural element can be translated into components such as a Weir or a chassis.This Structural element is the use of two components that are linked so that the Union between one and the other disappears after the first use in nominal conditions when the structural element is mounted on the bottle in Operational Mode.The first use in nominal conditions requires the withdrawal of one of the components and can't be replenished to its original position Restoring its original Union also.
