The invention handles a piece of furniture, precisely pouf and a solution of converting the pouf to armchair. Pouf convertible to armchair consists of pouf non-movable part 1, pouf seat U-figured movable part 2 and pouf seat U-figured movable part height regulating equipment 3. Solution handles pouf convertible to armchair using pouf seat U-figured movable part height regulating equipment 3 for moving pouf seat U-figured movable part 2 up with movement extent L on pouf seat perimeter from pouf seat level, as a result it becomes an arm- and backrest, converting pouf to armchair. Pouf seat U-figured movable part 2 or armrest-backrest moving down to pouf seat level converts armchair back to pouf.
