The present invention relates to a method by matching guest and host based on parameters. More specifically to find more specific matches, creating compatibility between matched buyers and sellers, and completing a transaction for the business. In one embodiment, this is accomplished by identifying a list of accommodations choices in the geographical location as search results to the query. The results includes ˜active™ and ˜inactive™ category. The ˜active™ category matches the variables about both the service being offered by the host with respect to guest query and the ˜inactive™ category concealments the host offering those services.
