The present disclosure provides a system for electrical energy conservation and method thereof. The system comprises a sensor module configured to sense an amount of current flowing from a charger to a load and to measure a voltage drop, wherein the sensor module is connected to an output port of a connecting cable of a charger, a controller module configured to receive value of the voltage drop from the sensor module and to select a mode from a plurality of modes of operation for the charger based on the mode, wherein the controller module is connected to the sensor module through a first connecting wire and a circuit breaker module is positioned at an interface between a power supply and said charger, wherein said circuit breaker module is connected to said controller module through a second connecting wire to receive a command signal to disconnect said charger from power supply.
