The present invention relates to a penetration-typed scribing wheel for cutting glass, which is provided with chip grooves in an axle hole thereof. An object of the invention is to provide a penetration-typed scribing wheel that can remove the glass chippings between an axle hole wall and an axle of the penetration-typed scribing wheel. Chip grooves are set on the axle hole wall of the penetration- typed scribing wheel, and the chip grooves are in communication with a disc face (2) of the scribing wheel. For the penetration-typed scribing wheel with chip grooves in an axle hole thereof according to the invention, during the cutting of glass, glass chippings falling between the axle and the axle hole wall will be discharged from the scribing wheel along the chip grooves, thereby the phenomenon of fragment jam may be avoided.
