ABSTRACT: The production of cupola furnace slag is more than one tone per day from one metal casting industry and its disposal is hazardous to environment. Fly Ash and Hospital Waste Ash are also generated as a byproduct from thermal power plant and various hospitals respectively. Its usage in the preparation of mass concrete may reduce their disposal problem. In the Mix design of concrete cement, fly ash, hospital waste ash, cupola furnace slag, coarse aggregate and water are the main ingredients. In which , cement will be replaced with same percentage of hospital waste ash and fly ash and fine aggregate will be fully replaced by cupola furnace slag . With these proportions the compressive strength of concrete will acquire greater strength as compared to conventional compressive strength of concrete.
