This invention relates to a mechanism for public financing a Film / a Cinema / a Movie production in terms of Initial Public Offering (IPO) and share allotment, by default, maximum up to 49% extent. The mechanisms are disclosed which use innovative concepts like Cine IPO, Active and Passive Cine Shares, Cine Red Prospectus, and Cine Mutual Funds which can be legal means of investing in a Film / a Cinema / a Movie. Specific definitions and specific processes, which are part of the claims of the proposed invention, are also provided. A system is also proposed which shows the execution processes viz, Process-1 and Process-2, highlighting of overall activities along with all components in the system. A mechanism for fabrication of Cine Mutual Funds by clubbing minimum two Active Cine Shares is also proposed. The proposed invention is a new investment tool for 21st century and guarantees for good returns on investment with in short duration of time.
