Aim is to design and manufacture an alternative arrangement to the bed of CNC profile gas cutting machine, which is used to cut the profiles of plates, said Machine is facing problems like at high temperature material of plates on which profiles are placed are getting weird out, small as well as circular components are being unable to place on plates, residue of the material which are being cut resides at the bottom and creates problems during cleaning, consulting the best and optimum solution, to get rid off from problem of wearing, coating of high temperature wear resistance material is suggested, for placing of small as well as circular components over plate, distance between plates is reduced at the middle portion of bed, said problem of reducing residue of material residing at the bottom of plates, usage of trolley with openings is preferred, said solutions over problems are taken in consideration while modification in the bed of machine is done.
