The device has two transparent optical diffraction gratings (RA, RB) that are identical and parallel to each other, where the two optical diffraction gratings operate on the principle of Bragg diffraction. Two identical prisms (PA, PB) are placed head to tail in a space separating the optical diffraction gratings. A set of outer faces (FeA, FeB) of the identical prisms are provided parallel to each other, where the set of outer faces forms a non-zero angle (gamma) with parallel faces of the optical diffraction gratings.
