the object of the application is a way of identifying nicienia bursaphelenchus hofmanni, forest plant pest, by real time pcr. thanks specifically targeted starterom and sondom, it allows precise identification of the species nicienia, irrespective of the type of test samples, their origin and destination, and the stage of development.
