Micro or nano-systems consisting of a matrix based on inorganic oxide with normal porosity controlled through the use of a generic surfactant or through the use of a molecular printing mechanism, being micro or nano-systems suitable for the active orientation of molecules , atoms or ions with biological activity and targeting local release in biological compartments of therapeutic interest, characterized in that the pores contain a biologically active substance, which a substance dedicated to the orientation and molecular recognition selected from folic acid, a peptide, a antibody, a glycoside, a carbohydrate or a protein is selectively coupled on the external surface of said micro or nano-systems, and that the substance selectively coupled on the external surface is not the biologically active substance contained within the pores.
