Adhesive absorbent dressing comprising an absorbent nonwoven (6) and a protective support that is impermeable to fluids and permeable to water vapor (4), characterized in that: - the support is made up of the combination of a continuous film (4a) and by an openwork frame covered, at least on one of its faces, with adhesive silicone gel (4b), without sealing the frame openings, said frame covering the entire surface of the film, - because said dressing also comprises a band non-absorbent (5) and a complementary non-woven (7) which are fixed to each other in their contour wrapping said absorbent non-woven, preferably without a point of attachment with the latter, and - because said non-absorbent band (5) glued with adhesive silicone gel (4b) covers said framework.
