Cooking apparatus integrated (1) with a main body including a housing (2) having an opening defined therein at an upper portion thereof, a source of housed heat in the housing (2) and a unit top plate (3; 12; 20; 27) fixed to the housing (2) to close the opening in the housing (2), being adapted the main body to be inserted into an opening defined in a kitchen worktop (9, 16 ), on which a lower surface of the top plate unit (3) is placed, the top plate unit (3) comprising: a top plate (5) on which an object to be heated is placed; a lower frame (4; 13; 21; 26) for clamping the top plate (5) placed on an upper surface thereof, the lower frame (4; 13; 21; 26) an outer peripheral edge facing a top surface of the cooking hob (9; 16); and a decorative panel (6; 14; 22) to cover an upper portion of an outer peripheral edge of the top plate (5); wherein the decorative panel (6; 14; 22) has an inwardly bent (8) is formed by bending a outer peripheral edge portion of the decorative panel (6; 14; 22) portion inwardly towards a bottom surface lower frame (4; 13; 21; 26); to hold the outer peripheral edge of the lower frame (4; 13; 21; 26); the integrated cooking apparatus (1) is characterized in that at least a portion of the inturned portion (8) is sandwiched between the outer peripheral edge of the underframe (4 ;, 13, 21, 26) and the upper surface of the kitchen worktop (9; 16) so that part or all of the total weight of the main body is applied to at least the portion of the portion bent inward (8) that comes into contact with the outer peripheral edge of the underframe (4; 13; 21; 26) and the upper surface of the cooking hob (9; 16) and is sandwiched therebetween.
