The present disclosure provides for improved cereal products, specificallysnack bars, and methods of producingsuch products by incorporating healthy lipids containing stearidonic acid intothe product compositions. In one embodiment of thedisclosure, a cereal product including a SDA-enriched oil is disclosed. Inanother embodiment of the disclosure, a snack bar includinga SDA-enriched soybean oil is disclosed.
