A weather predicting method includes: selecting, from weather informationrelated to areas and times and including temperature data, weather informationsetsrelated to multiple times over a fixed period concerning a first areacontaining a locationwhere the air utilizing apparatus is placed; by solving, with selected weatherinformation sets as input data, differential equations expressing the weatherinformationbased on analysis models for conducting weather simulations, generating afirstnarrow-area weather information sets related to smaller second areas disposedwithinthe first area; selecting a second narrow-area weather information setconcerning asecond area containing the location of the air utilizing apparatus from amonggeneratedfirst narrow-area weather information sets; and generating a temperaturecumulativefrequency distribution or a temperature exceedance probability distributionduring thefixed period by using temperature data contained in the second narrow-areaweatherinformation set for calculating a design temperature of the air utilizingapparatus.
