U-RIB WELDING APPARATUS, U-RIB WELDING SYSTEM, AND U-RIB WELDING METHOD

A U-rib welding apparatus, comprising: a moving platform (2), the moving platform (2) being able to enter inside a U-rib to be welded; a welding mechanism, the welding mechanism being arranged on the moving platform (2) and being used for welding the angle joint site of the U-rib from inside the U-rib; and a drive mechanism, the drive mechanism driving the movement of the moving platform inside the U-rib. The present U-rib welding apparatus can weld the angle joint site of a U-rib from inside the U-rib, thus improving the structural strength of the welded U-rib unit, and can reduce the occurrence of poor welding of joints inside the U-rib, thus improving the fatigue resistance of the U-rib unit. Also provided is a U-rib welding system, comprising the present U-rib welding apparatus. In addition, also provided is a U-rib welding method employing the present U-rib welding apparatus.
