The present invention relates to a device for uncorking a bottle (2) of a pressurised liquid such as a bottle (2) of champagne. In a characteristic manner, according to the invention, said device comprises a hollow main body (4) with a substantially cylindrical cross-section, with: a lower portion (5) including an opening (6) allowing the neck of the bottle (2) to pass therethrough and a profile (7) capable of snap-fitting the lower portion (5) onto the collar of the bottle (2), an intermediate portion (8) making it possible to grip the device and guide the ejected cork (3) into the main body (4), and an upper portion (9) including means (10) for trapping the ejected cork (3) so as to make it possible to trap and retain the cork (3) after extracting same.
