A graphene solution and a PEDOT:PSS solution are used to prepare a graphene/PEDOT:PSS mixed solution for preparing a transparent conductive film. The material used has a wide range of sources and a low price. The graphene/PEDOT:PSS mixed solution can be further applied to fabrication of a graphene/PEDOT:PSS composite transparent conductive film on a substrate. Since a wet coating process at a low cost and high efficiency is utilized in the preparation of a graphene/PEDOT:PSS composite transparent conductive film, an expensive PVD apparatus for preparing an ITO film is avoided, thereby reducing production costs. The prepared graphene/PEDOT:PSS composite transparent conductive film has high electrical conductivity and light transmittance, thereby being capable of replacing a commercial ITO film in a color filter substrate. The graphene/PEDOT:PSS composite transparent conductive film also has considerable application potential for flexible devices and wearable devices owing to its excellent mechanical properties.
