The present invention discloses a biochemical-thermochemical method and system for multipoint crosslinking a biomass waste. The present invention applies solid, gaseous and liquid products of a thermochemical treatment subsystem to a biochemical treatment subsystem, and applies the heat generated by the biochemical treatment subsystem to the thermochemical treatment subsystem to form a multipoint two-way interconnection between the biochemical treatment subsystem and the thermochemical treatment subsystem, thereby increasing the yield and stability of gas energy of the biochemical treatment subsystem and reducing the pollution and energy consumption of the thermochemical treatment subsystem respectively. The present invention is suitable to be used for treating biomass wastes having high moisture content and low moisture content at the same time, producing a soil amendment, liquid fuel and biogas, and has features of low secondary pollution and significant reduction of greenhouse gas emission. The solid production thereof as a soil amendment has high biological stability, humus content and nitrogen content, and is convenient for storage and transportation.
